a magical experience

The hotel is a beautiful building with a lot of history. It is also very well looked after, providing great comfort. the staff were caring and cute. the design of the room prioritizes guest experience. I liked the spacious layout. everything was perfect from beginning to end!!!
I noticed some noise from other rooms. The walls seemed a little thin. i could clearly hear sounds from the corridor and adjacent rooms. This disturbed my sleep.

The staff arranged airport transfers for me. They also assisted with activity reservations. i found the reception desk available for inquiries. They are knowledgeable and efficient. the breakfast service was also nice, with attentive staff.

Breakfast offers cereals, yogurts, breads and croissants every day. i enjoyed fresh cheeses and fruits. I also enjoyed fresh squeezed blood orange juice. italian and american coffee are available.

The building has historical significance. It blends old-world charm and modern comfort. there is a rooftop area with loungers providing excellent views. the private garden includes plants and flowers. There is also a fish pond.

A Gem with Gardens and Views

sea view convenient garden helpful staff
Our room, a 'Superior Double Room Sea View', offered amazing views of the sea. The hotel's garden provided a tranquil shortcut to the main pedestrian street, a very convenient feature (i used it every day!).
I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms at times, but it was never too disruptive.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. Marko helped a lot with our bags upon arrival and provided a welcome drink, such a nice gesture, such a warm reception.

Really good Stay with Lovely Views

seamless check-in spacious room comfortable bed amazing views
The hotel offered seamless check-in even late at night. I received a welcome drink. My spacious room on the third floor had two balconies. I enjoyed views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. The beds felt comfortable.
The hotel parking is limited, so availability during peak times might pose a slight issue.

the location proved ideal, providing easy access to shops and also gardens. the staff was among the best i have encountered, each member being friendly (special thanks to simona!) and helpful. the hotel's garden provides private access to the town, steps away.
the room size was a little small, but it was not a major issue.
